| ‘Gola’ is a traditional ice-candy, from Mumbai, that is loved by one and all. It is made with crushed ice, which is clumped together to form a lolly-shape, which inspired the International Snow-cone. It is then splattered and dipped in mouth-watering and fruity flavours. Masala is sprinkled as per taste.
While Golas are a much-loved street food in India, especially in Mumbai, along with the line, people stopped eating Golas because of 3 reasons:
- Ice made from impure water
- Synthetic raw materials in syrup
- Unhygienic handling & ambience
Our visionary team saw an opportunity and addressed all three issues and came up with a super hygienic 
It has the following three features:
- Mineral water ice
- Natural fruit flavour syrups
- Gloved handling & clean ambience
 is a unique concept where Mineral Water Ice cubes are used with Natural Fruit Flavours to make regular and exotic golas that appeal to the masses and the classes! The concept was initialy test-lauched at Linking Road, Mumbai where it met with tremendous response and success. Soon after, we expanded and became the country First Branded & hygienic Gola!
We attempt to be different than the regular 'gola-walah' by using very high quality standards in terms hygiene, by the use of AAA standard flavor with a wide variety, by the use of mineral water ice and extensive branding which appeals to the youth. We are currently running 10 locations in Mumbai successfully and are now looking at expanding into other states.
